Fancy Scotch
2 oz. Scotch
1/2 tsp. Triple Sec
2 dash Bitters
1 twist Lemon peel
1/4 tsp. Sugar
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes combine the scotch, triple sec, sugar, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
